Home Inspections
$350 - $850
1,000 SF - 6,000 SF
A home inspection is a inexhaustive visual examination of a residential property's condition. During the inspection process, the inspector assesses various components of the home, including its structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), roofing, and more.
The purpose of a home inspection is to identify any existing or potential issues with the property, ranging from minor maintenance concerns to significant structural defects. This information helps buyers make informed decisions about whether to proceed with the purchase, negotiate repairs or adjustments to the purchase price, or request further evaluation by specialists.
After completing the inspection, We provide the client with a detailed report outlining their findings, including any deficiencies discovered and recommendations for addressing them. This report serves as a valuable tool for both buyers and sellers in the real estate transaction process, providing transparency and peace of mind regarding the condition of the property.

All inspections come with a thermal camera scan with no additional cost.
Thermal imaging works by detecting the infrared radiation emitted by objects, which correlates with their temperature. During a home inspection, a thermal camera can reveal areas of heat loss or gain, indicating insulation deficiencies. It can also identify moisture intrusion by detecting temperature variations caused by wet spots on walls or ceilings. Additionally, thermal imaging can uncover electrical hotspots, which may indicate overloaded circuits or faulty wiring.
Repair pricer is an additonal cost of $85
Inspectors are not allowed to estimate costs of potential repairs at a inspection. Repair pricer changes all of that by generating an average repair price list of all defects found on the inspection to help make the process as smooth as possible for clients and agents alike.
