Bully Property Inspections was designed with the client in mind. Founded in 2019, Bully Property Inspections was developed to ensure that home buyers could feel a sense of knowledge and professionalism in their interaction with our inspectors. Our experience is not just in home inspections. Our team of inspectors have a vast knowledge about the structures of a home, with backgrounds ranging from former general contractors to experienced tradesmen with over 10+ years of experience.

Say hello to our beloved mascot and the dog behind the monocle: Cruz! Cruz is an American Staffordshire Terrier who was adopted from the Tampa Bay Humane Society back in 2019. When he isn’t hard at work being our mascot, Cruz loves to spend his days sleeping, playing in the backyard and endlessly guilting his family into giving him treats. Cruz is loved by our family for being a great guardian and source of silly entertainment.

Owner/Founder
Meet the owner and founder of Bully Property Inspections, Brandon! Brandon is our lead inspector and certified master inspector who has completed over 2,000 inspections here in the Tampa Bay area. Brandon is an Indiana native coming from years of construction experience and has worked as a independent contractor prior to becoming a home inspector. Brandon started Bully Property Inspections to help home buyers feel they are getting the best inspection possible and leave satisfied in their interactions with him. When Brandon isn’t running Bully or at an inspection, he loves to be out in nature exploring, fishing, and being active in our local MMA/jiu-jitsu communities and has been in the sport for over 20 years!

Office Manager/Administrator
Meet our office manager & administrator, Jennifer! Jennifer is an Indiana native and has been in the Tampa Bay area since 2019. She has nearly a decade of experience in customer service and six years experience in an administrative professional role. Jennifer received a Bachelor ‘s degree and technical certificate in Human Resource Management from Indiana University - Indianapolis. In her spare time, she likes to learn and read up on current skincare and cosmetic products and techniques, spend time with her family and enjoy downtime with a good movie.
